Patty with Cheese and Honey

Ingredients

  • 1/2 phyllo dough
  • 4 pieces of triangulated fat-free white cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon black cumin
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Preparation

1. Divide the ½ sheet of phyllo dough into four pieces, each in a triangle shape. Brush the phyllo dough with egg white to prevent the sticking of the cheese.

2. Place the triangulated white cheese on each phyllo dough and wrap them. Leave them to rest in the freezer for one hour.

3. Put sunflower oil in a pan and fry the rested cheese with phyllo dough.

4. While serving, pour a teaspoon of honey on each fried cheese with phyllo dough and sprinkle black cumin on it.
