Chicken Salad

One serving. Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 piece chicken breast (150 g)
- 1 sprig of scallion
- 1 sprig of fresh garlic
- 7-8 pieces of lettuce leaves
- 5 sprigs of chervil
- 5 sprigs of fresh coriander
- 1 serving of diced fresh kashar cheese
- 1/3 purple carrot
- 3 pieces black olive
- Ingredients for chicken sauce: ½ lemon squash, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, and 1 pinch of sugar.
- Ingredients for salad dressing: ½ avocado, 1 clove of garlic, 1 lemon squash, 1 handful of crushed walnut, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- To garnish the salad: ½ teaspoon flaxseed, ½ teaspoon black cumin, ½ teaspoon sesame
Preparation
1. Cut chicken into small pieces and mix with lemon juice. Add the sauce to chicken pieces and leave to rest in the fridge for one hour.
2. Chop the lettuce, parsley, coriander, scallion, and garlic, and put them in a bowl.
3. Smash the avocado for the salad dressing. Mix the lemon juice, crushed walnuts, black pepper, olive oil, and zested garlic, pour into the greens you have prepared, and mix them all.
4. Cook the marinated chickens in a small amount of olive oil by flipping.
5. Add the chicken, then the kashar cheese, olives, and carrots, to the salad you have dressed.
6. After sprinkling flax seeds, black cumin, and sesame seeds, you may add a little more olive oil according to your taste.
